Vacancy available: we are hiring a head baker in Soba, Kaduna State. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving On the job you will handle: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
