D6/D8 dozer operator • Berrien County, Michigan

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a D6/D8 dozer operator in Berrien County, Michigan. The job is on a dam or embankment job. The role involves: • Refuel the machine and record running hours • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms What we are looking for: • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems 4+ years on the tools preferred.
