Backhoe operator — Howard County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Howard County, Texas. The job is on a busy civils and groundworks site. Your main tasks: • Dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds • Carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger Ideal candidate: • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
