What we are looking for: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Your main tasks: • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
