Now hiring: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Harda, Madhya Pradesh. You will be based at a powder coating unit. What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Day to day you will inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
