Bakery assistant • Oru West, Imo State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Oru West, Imo State. The role involves keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; score the top of loaves before baking; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen 1+ years on the tools preferred.
