Ideal candidate: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness The role involves: • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left 2+ years on the tools preferred.
