Now hiring: we are hiring a captain waiter in Wayne County, Illinois. What we are looking for: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness The role involves: • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Clear and reset tables between covers • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
