Cnc setter-operator — Mafa

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Mafa, Borno State. You will be based at an auto-components manufacturing unit. Day to day you will change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; load and index turning tools in the turret; set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; run first-off inspection and sign off the part. Requirements: • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges Part-time with flexible hours.
