Captain waiter wanted in Johnson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a captain waiter in Johnson County, Georgia. You will work in a five-star hotel. Day-to-day duties: • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar You should have: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
