Bricklayer • Nafada, Gombe State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bricklayer in Nafada, Gombe State. You will work on a scaffolded high-rise site. Day to day you will forming arches, piers and reveals around openings; cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder; setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge; buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding Full-time, day shift.
