The role involves: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
