Bread baker wanted in Comal County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread baker in Comal County, Texas. Day to day you will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
