Vacancy available: turning centre operator (Florida)

Join our team: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Hernando County, Florida. You will work in a precision engineering workshop. Your main tasks: • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) Ideal candidate: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
