Dish pit attendant — Orsu

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Orsu, Imo State. You will work in a hospital canteen. What we are looking for: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred On a typical shift you will wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method.
