Vacancy available: we are hiring a deboner in Zaki, Bauchi State. The job is at a busy retail butcher's shop. You should have: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter You will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer ₦285,000 per month plus benefits.
