Great opportunity: waitress (Texas)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a waitress in Erath County, Texas. You will be based at a rooftop bar and grill. Your main tasks: • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments Ideal candidate: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
