Great opportunity: we are hiring a lorry driver in Mobbar, Borno State. The job is at a busy distribution depot. What we are looking for: • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence Day-to-day duties: • Check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels • Log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards • Operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock • Check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits • Plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules Rotating shifts.
