Halal butcher — Milam County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a halal butcher in Milam County, Texas. You will work at a busy retail butcher's shop. Day-to-day duties: • Season and marinate meat on request • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone You should have: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $22 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
