We are recruiting: we are hiring a waitress in Lamb County, Texas. Ideal candidate: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change The role involves: • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments Six days a week, one day off.
