Immediate opening: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Lubbock County, Texas. Day to day you will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. Requirements: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter 4+ years on the tools preferred.
