The role involves rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving 3+ years on the tools preferred. ₦135,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
