Surface coating operator wanted in Bath County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Bath County, Virginia. You will be based at an automotive components factory. Your main tasks: • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
