Requirements: • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports The role involves strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections.
