Great opportunity: we are hiring a 360 excavator operator in Schenectady County, New York. Day-to-day duties: • Load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs You should have: • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control Rotating shifts.
