Now hiring: we are hiring a dozer operator in Randall County, Texas. The role involves: • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle • Follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels • Refuel the machine and record running hours You should have: • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
