Join our team: we are hiring a chef de partie in Derbyshire, England. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Day to day you will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch.
