Line cook — Comal County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a line cook in Comal County, Texas. You will work at a roadside dhaba. Day to day you will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare the mise en place before each service; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
