Kitchen cook — Bida

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Bida, Niger State. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. The role involves monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen 3+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
