Lathe programmer-operator wanted in Lipscomb County

Join our team: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Lipscomb County, Texas. You will work at a busy machine shop. Your main tasks: • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet You should have: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts 3+ years on the tools preferred.
