Now hiring: we are hiring a baker in Kebbe, Sokoto State. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving You will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; score the top of loaves before baking; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. We offer ₦165,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
