Gantry crane operator — Obafemi Owode

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in Obafemi Owode, Ogun State. Day-to-day duties: • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger What we are looking for: • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) 1+ years on the tools preferred. ₦65,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
