Head baker — Jalingo

We are recruiting: we are hiring a head baker in Jalingo, Taraba State. The job is at a busy bakery. Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Day to day you will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
