The role involves: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Score the top of loaves before baking You should bring able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen; familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens; basic cake decorating and piping skills.
