Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Your main tasks: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper Full-time with occasional weekends. ₦200,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
