Requirements: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate On the job you will handle: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings Rotating shifts.
