Fine-dining server — Lavun

Great opportunity: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Lavun, Niger State. The job is at a beach resort. Day to day you will clear and reset tables between covers; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place. You should have: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform Full-time, day shift.
