Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh. You should bring comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates; willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts; good teamwork with chefs and floor staff. On a typical shift you will scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures.
