Chef de partie — Clark County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a chef de partie in Clark County, Nevada. The job is at a cloud kitchen. You will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
