Earthmoving equipment operator • Saline County, Illinois

Great opportunity: we are hiring an earthmoving equipment operator in Saline County, Illinois. The job is on a busy civils and groundworks site. You will keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly; dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds; work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter; track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport; grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient. Requirements: • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing 6+ years on the tools preferred.
