Waiter — Obubra

Vacancy available: we are hiring a waiter in Obubra, Cross River State. Day-to-day duties: • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Clear and reset tables between covers • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins Requirements: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform Full-time, day shift.
