Presser — Balanga

Now hiring: we are hiring a presser in Balanga, Gombe State. The job is at a garment factory. You will operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron. You should have: • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
