Captain waiter — Dooly County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a captain waiter in Dooly County, Georgia. The job is at a beach resort. On the job you will handle: • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Pay around $24 per hour, based on your experience.
