CNC programmer-operator • Hardee County, Florida

We are recruiting: we are hiring a CNC programmer-operator in Hardee County, Florida. Day-to-day duties: • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm What we are looking for: • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges 2+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $4,500 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Contact us to fix an interview.
