Immediate opening: we are hiring a cake decorator in Grayson County, Kentucky. On the job you will handle: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing You should have: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Full-time, day shift.
