Head butcher — Cameron County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a head butcher in Cameron County, Pennsylvania. Requirements: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Day to day you will portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $4,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
