Shop floor worker — Blanco County

Now hiring: we are hiring a shop floor worker in Blanco County, Texas. You will be based at a busy manufacturing plant. You will pack finished goods into cartons and seal them; record output figures and downtime on the production log; assemble components according to the work order; report machine faults and stoppages to the line supervisor; operate and feed production machines on the line; change over tooling and settings between product runs. Ideal candidate: • Basic reading skills to follow SOPs and labels • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
