Cook — Box Elder County

Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Your main tasks: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
