Immediate opening: laundry presser (Illinois)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a laundry presser in Edwards County, Illinois. You will be based in a busy laundry. The role involves: • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching What we are looking for: • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep 4+ years on the tools preferred.
