Vacancy available: we are hiring a nursery worker in Shendam, Plateau State. You will spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease; prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers; rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste; dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds; check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads; weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe. You should have: • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • Valid driving licence for travel between sites • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish Rotating shifts.
